Lead our center's operations, ensuring quality education and care for all children while managing staff, curriculum, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish quality vision and manage adherence to state regulations
  • Develop educational curriculum and collaborate with staff
  • Oversee office functions including payroll and human resources
  • Maintain positive relationships with families and community
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Early Childhood Education (30+ ECE credits)
  • 3+ years supervisory experience
  • 5+ years direct ECE experience (8 weeks to 3 years)
  • CPR/First Aid certification

Lead Toddler Teacher

Ages 18-36 Months

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $41,600 - $52,000 Annually

Create nurturing, engaging environments for toddlers through play-based learning, fostering independence and preschool readiness.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop age-appropriate curriculum for toddler development
  • Plan preschool readiness activities and STEM exploration
  • Maintain daily communication with parents
  • Lead and mentor assistant teachers
Requirements
  • Associate's in ECE (30+ ECE credits), Bachelor's preferred
  • 3+ years experience with toddlers (18 months - 3 years)
  • Strong understanding of toddler development
  • CPR/First Aid certification

Teacher (Infants/Toddlers)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $18-22/hour

Develop cohesive teaching teams while coordinating curriculum and managing day-to-day classroom activities for our youngest learners.

  • Coordinate and implement educational curriculum
  • Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities
  • Maintain frequent communication with parents
  • Supervise teacher assistants and volunteers
Requirements
  • Associate's in ECE or related field (30+ ECE credits)
  • 2+ years professional childcare experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • CPR/First Aid certification

Intermediate Elementary Teacher

Ages 6-10 Years

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $52,000 - $68,000 Annually

Create innovative learning environments for elementary students, integrating traditional academics with STEM, arts, and social-emotional learning.

  • Develop comprehensive curriculum for grades 1-4

Requirements
